Italian language courses for all foreign students and for visiting professors

Courses for beginners and intermediate level students are organized in the first semester, together with an additional advanced level course in the second semester.

Throughout the Academic Year there is a language consultancy service and classes are organized to help students prepare for internationally recognized Italian language certificates (CELI Certificato di Conoscenza della Lingua Italiana – Università per Stranieri di Perugia).

In the CSAL self-study centres you can use "TELL ME MORE" to learn Italian.
Beginners can also access the online eLOCAL course.
All incoming Erasmus students who wish to learn or improve their knowledge of English, French, German and Spanish can take part in the activities organized by the Language Centre.

Italian language test for non-EU students who are resident abroad
This Italian language test is only for non-EU students who are resident abroad but who would like to attend a course at the University.
It is normally held in the first week of September (the date is fixed by the Ministry of Education).
Type of test: reading and listening comprehension, grammar and vocabulary exercises.
