Every course has its own procedures to convert international language certifications recognised by the Faculty into ETCS credits.

    • Fill in this form, attaching a copy of your certificate, at least a week before the exam date.
      The form will be closed one week before the exam and reopened after the exam session.
      Please note that our staff will carefully evaluate certificates and verify their authenticity to determine their eligibility for recognition as ECTS credits. Submitting a fraudulent certificate could lead to disciplinary measures.
    • Sign up in Esse3 for an exam date after the end of the course (for example, for second-semester courses, register for an exam date from the end of May onwards) 
    • You will need to show up on the day of the exam with a copy of the certificate to be submitted. If your certificate has expired or cannot be verified online, you will need to present the original on the day of the exam for which you have registered.
  • For other Courses, follow the instructions provided in the syllabus of your module.
